Building the exercise habit.

Well, I’ve been working out somewhat regularly for the last couple of months, and I’ve decided to chronicle my way back to fitness here. Today, I spent 25 minutes on the elliptical at level 5, cross training. Then another 17 on the treadmill alternating walking and running. Lastly a set of bench press at 120 and lat pulls at 110. I can feel it working, as I can certainly run longer and faster. I did a mile today in 13:12. That is down from 2 weeks ago at 14:45. depending on what is going on at home, i may take a quick trip on the bike around the block. Two-a-days do a lot of good.
